I really dont know what to say, as i was left speechless, moved and amazed when i read the book.I would like to thank you Mr. Rae and all the other contributors for making it possible for people like me, in Zimbabwe to get to know more about Lewis.I am a 16 year old girl coached by his father who has had a rear oppurtunity to get to know his father and most of all about Lewis. I had always heard his father talk about the person he was but only up until i read the book did I really get to relate to what he always says.I have contemplated about the right words to send but the memories burn within me everyday even though i never knew him but by watching the lives of his brothers and sisters i can almost feel him being there. I just really want to say thankl you because now his legacy lives on in Zimbabwe, the copies you sent to Zimbabwe have enabled even just a little girl like me to be inspired and motivated to do the best in life and know that "to live is christ and to die is christ" . So live ,every moment for him,to its fullest as if it was the last.On 9th 0f march tihs year a day after the last comment you posted i read all the comments posted on the website and i got even more moved which drove me even further to also just want to say thank you and let you know that here in Zimbabwe we have read the book and have been moved. God bless you for being a vessel for the completion of the book.

This year on our April school holiday period, like always, we had the Lewis Chitemgwa memorial trophy played by the juniors every year.I have played in it for the past three years and had never really heard much about Lewis being said or at least very few juniors knew of him but this year his sister Helga was given a chance to say a few things about Lewis to us.It was hard for her and she used a few quotes from the book but by the end of prize giving everyone wanted to see the book and know more about this legend which i was very proud of. Just that second that each one got to touch the book, you could see a sparkle of hope that reassured them they could do it.Thats the same sparkle that has been my eyes ever since end of january when i got the book. Now im assured that through God i can do anything if i only(Matthew 6:33"Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all tese things shall be added unto you").Thank you very much,it has taken so long for me to finally do this, may God bless you and your family and all the contributors.I will keep in touch with the site always. His legacy lives on!!!!!
